Route invoices for a decision
Configure approval rules and send approval links to the appropriate team members, rather than relying on an untracked email chain.
TriMatch accounts payable
Route invoice decisions to approvers and keep the review history in one place.

The workflow supports scheduled reminders and escalation. Real email delivery and scheduling depend on your deployment configuration and should be tested during onboarding.
Review and approval do not transfer funds. Payment-file use requires the customer bank acceptance process; bank-detail changes require verification.
Fictional worked example
A fictional manufacturer receives 100 anchor sets. The PO price is $4.20 each, but the supplier bills $4.60.
| Record | Calculation | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Purchase order | 100 × $4.20 | $420.00 |
| Supplier invoice | 100 × $4.60 | $460.00 |
| Difference to review | 100 × $0.40 | $40.00 |
Under a zero-price-variance policy, the $40 difference goes to the responsible reviewer. The reviewer compares the documents and records a decision or requests a correction. Approval is not a bank transfer, and $40 at risk is not $40 of realized savings.
For US wholesale, distribution and manufacturing teams using purchase orders and receiving records. Start with a fictional-data walkthrough; do not email invoices, bank details or tax IDs.
Ask about your invoice volume, partial deliveries and accounting setup. Connector and deployment acceptance are part of onboarding.
