Accessibility Statement

Last updated October 9, 2026

Our goal

We want everyone to be able to use TriMatch, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, zoom, or high-contrast settings. Our target is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.

What we have checked

Our automated accessibility checks confirm that:

  • pages declare their language and adapt to small screens;
  • a "Skip to main content" link comes first, and the main area receives focus after navigation;
  • the main navigation and icon-only buttons (menu, notifications) have accessible names;
  • keyboard focus is always visible;
  • notifications are announced to screen readers through a live region;
  • animation is reduced when the device asks for reduced motion;
  • body and secondary text meet AA contrast in both the light and dark themes.

We have also checked that the sign-in and sign-up forms have visible labels, work with a keyboard alone, and announce errors to screen readers.

Known limitations

  • TriMatch has not yet had an independent accessibility audit, so it may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA everywhere.
  • Some wide tables (invoice lines, reports) scroll sideways on small screens.
  • Invoice PDFs and images uploaded by vendors are shown as they were received; we cannot make their content accessible. The extracted invoice fields are shown as text next to them.
  • Drag-and-drop upload has a button alternative ("Upload invoices").

Report a problem

If something in TriMatch is hard or impossible for you to use, please tell us at legal@trimatchap.com. Say which page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what assistive technology and browser you use, if any. We will reply, help you get the task done another way in the meantime, and tell you how we plan to fix it.
